Combining the ancient wisdom of Yoga (asanas, pranayama, banhas, kriyas and mudras) with techniques of sports medicine, we help you to make lifestyle and mindset changes that reduces stress, builds agility and nurtures a fit body and mind.
What we do
We reach out to change lives through various individual and group interventions. At Mystique Yoga, we follow FIVE elements of fitness – Flexibility, Stamina, Agility, Mind-body coordination and Endurance. Our trainers use a custom-based approach that helps individuals to build on these elements. Whether a group intervention or an individual session, we are sensitive to each person’s body-requirement.

I have been practicing yoga with Shijjo for 5 years now. During that time I have seen amazing improvement in my consistency, skill, and health, and this all through his dedication and astounding enthusiasm as a teacher. He is one of the passionate teachers I know!

I have started my Yoga sessions with Shijo almost 5 years back. Shijo has been a very dedicated trainer from day one till now. He has an eye for every detail and he makes sure that we do the workout properly and get the full benefit out of it. The motivation he gives is so high that it is hard to miss his sessions. Shijo’s attention to detail and personalized instructions has also helped in reducing my medication for blood pressure. I know I have a long way to go, but under Shijo’s guidance and encouragement, hope to continue my Yoga journey for a better and healthier life.
If you are looking for a professional Yoga Trainer, then Shijo is the right choice. I started Yoga with Shijo (Mystique Yoga) more than a year ago as I had severe shoulder and back pain. Shijo created a personalized yoga plan for my back and shoulder and within 3-4 months pain subsided and back/shoulder started getting stronger. His punctuality, persistence & motivation has taken our class to a new level, as we are working on building core strength using different asanas, pranayam and meditation. Even in this stressful time of pandemic his dedication to conduct classes has not changed and we are regularly doing our class through online sessions. We are so glad to be introduced to Shijo! He is very passionate and dedicated to Yoga! We are actually based in PA, USA and we take Zoom classes every morning starting 6am. It takes some dedication to start early however you feel very fresh and energized after each class which makes worth it. He has helped tremendously to my back pain and my husband’s high blood pressure. Shijo will always keep encouraging you during class which helps to gain confidence! He goes above and beyond to help each individual student. He would send us exercise reminder on our off days, yoga postures we can do! Very personalized service as many times he would adjust to our schedule needs! I would highly recommend to start if you haven’t yet! Shijo is the best!
