Combining the ancient wisdom of Yoga (asanas, pranayama, banhas, kriyas and mudras) with techniques of sports medicine, we help you to make lifestyle and mindset changes that reduces stress, builds agility and nurtures a fit body and mind.
What we do
We reach out to change lives through various individual and group interventions. At Mystique Yoga, we follow FIVE elements of fitness – Flexibility, Stamina, Agility, Mind-body coordination and Endurance. Our trainers use a custom-based approach that helps individuals to build on these elements. Whether a group intervention or an individual session, we are sensitive to each person’s body-requirement.
